That's a matter of opinion of course! Watercooled? Naah thanks, nasty ugly plumbing. Aircooled till I die, thanks!
(and my M900 produces more torque than your S4, so there! )

Not sure how you work that out? The mid range torque on the S4 is far higher then the M900 and M1000 come to that!

...and I didn't see anybody passing an S4 (not even the r and rs did!) on the track day except those racing types who do Desmo Due or WSB or whatever its called nowadays.

The S4 peaks at around 64 ft-lbs of torque at about 7000 rpm, my 900 carb peaks at 69 ft-lbs, although to be fair it has been tweaked a little :)

I can see the first shreds of doubt already appearing in your mind. Maybe you've bitten off more than you can chew challenging Beelzebub?!

Naah, no shreds of doubt, it's just a long way away yet! But I never could resist a challenge . . . :D

I was only on my little 620 at the track day and I passed everything!

It's all a matter of perception and the direction that i passed everything some might say everything passed me but I just don't look at it that way....

I'm in my own little world but it's ok coz everyone here likes me
