A proper result today I think, the diagnostic tool showed up all kinds of expensive sounding issues, including front cylinder coil and lambda sensor.....plus fitting time. Decided on another tack of dismantling
tank and checking connections and bingo....one of the battery connections completely loose! How it started or ran at all is a proper mystery! Anyway reassembled and I'll give it a run on Friday, but I'm pretty sure that was the problem. Nice design though ,Ducati, must be the most inaccessible battery (and air filter) ever dreamt up. |
