I ran my S2R 1000 with a full (baffled) Arrow system and open airbox with the DP ECU and Power Commander III (it was also bored out to 1089cc). This is the result of the dyno run:
As Chris said, the DP ECU can certainly be improved and you've also got the option of a Rexxer reflash at a fraction of the Power Commander/dyno time cost.
Having had a Rexxer flash on my 1100 Evo, I would recommend going down that route. If the Rexxer option had been available when I had my S2R, that's what I would have done.
