I have a PC but have never used a Mac (never even seen one in use)

I use PCs at work, and I am quite happy to do so. At home I use a Mac and I am quite happy with that. They are both tools and should be used for whatever they are best at. I find the Mac much more intuitive and friendly and easy to use, but as I said, I use a PC for 8 hrs a day and it works fine for me. If I was buying a new computer it would have to be a big Mac.
