Thread subscription notification

Either I have become a total luddite or it would appear my thread subscription email notifications aren't working.Have checked settings on this site and they ain't going in the junk mail on the email server.They used to be fine and I haven't knowingly changed anything.

Any ideas?

Hi Kimbo

Your subscription settings look correct, I’ve just reset them to see if that fixes your problem.
I have seen some odd behaviour with thread subscription in the past.

I’ve sent myself a private message and email notification is working correctly for me there.

It’s possible your email provider has changed their spam filter settings. If you have a ‘whitelist’ function on your email, you could try adding ‘noreply@ukmonster.co.uk’ and see if that helps.

Ooops,sorry you had to move it mate!!! Anyway,have changed my contact email addy to a different one and that's sorted it,thanks for your help Rob
