Lovely! Not sure about £12k but each to their own and you probably wont see another for sale thats barely been used like this example

Funnily enough it's very very similar to mine,same year and with slightly less miles,I had to look twice!! One of the previous owners of mine spent a lot on extras,including an Ohlins steering damper,Rizoma rearsets,carbon fibre,full polished exhaust,usual stuff.Twelve grand does seem expensive though
