Is the MotoGP highlights being aired on ITV4 this year? I’ve channel surfed but haven’t spotted it.

So far, just the Sprint race, 20 or so minutes racing padded out to a 1 hour programme. Better presentation team than ITV4 imho, see how Monday goesTry Quest (Freeview), 9am this morning and looks like again on Monday evening. About to have a look today, no idea what it'll be like
i think you are right. Less technology equals better racing. I may be biased but I think BSB is by far and away the best class of bike racing to watch and i think a lot of the reason why is down to having very little electronics, traction control etc. Remains to be seen this year, but i bet the Ducati BSB entrants are level competitors, rather than having a clear and obvious (and actually to the detriment of the racing) superior bike. The other series out there could learn a thing or two from BSB.I’m afraid to say that I’ve never been a great MM93 fan , although I have to acknowledge he is probably going to eclipse both Rossi and Agostini in the “GOAT” stakes…..but I fear that the direction of travel of both MOTO Gp and WSBk will damage the spectacle long term. TBH close racing as in Moto 3 is more important than lap times and in that respect the regulations of WSBk need to be realigned towards “stock machines” and ride height devices and “wings” need to be banned from Moto Gp.
Having said that it’s fairly obvious that the best rider on the best bike will win the championship, so I’m afraid that this year will be a procession….and that can’t be good for the sport IMO![]()
