I like the look of that. Having used a digital dash for the past couple of years or so. I can say I prefer it to a conventional dial(s).
I miss being able to see the time and ambient temperature on my other bikes and loads of other programable info.

I hope it's as plug and play as they claim. Even swapping standard clocks from one 620ie to another is not simple and needs a red key and someone who knows what they're doing.

Good luck with it, let us know how you get on.

TY Mr Gazza,
I'm looking forward to reporting back, but they are planned for production in August if the Kickstarter goes to the goal. I have my name on #1.
The builder has already agreed to implement a change to make Miles / KM & DegC & F a separate setting.

edit - Do you have a Digital Dash on your Monster ? and is it the Carb version ?

Ah well August is not that far away.
No not on a Monster, no carbs, no injectors, no exhausts!!

A very Vincent kinda look, I'd say.

Nice, one criticism I would have is that the info screen at the bottom (time, miles, temp) is a bit on the small side to read on the move but the speedo rev counter looks great.

That does look good, I did a quick and dirty conversion out to a trail tech ages ago on a bike which worked nicely.

I've also turned up a 'spare' speedo head, anyone deny or confirm if it would be a fit for an early carb monster?
CEV unit 9cms to outer edge of the bezel, dark grey face, red needle and line linking the numbers (0-140).
If it is a monster part then does anyone any it for the price of postage otherwise it's probably heading for recycling.

My first instrument had to be replaced because the km counter couldn't handle more than 199,999 (there was no room on the display for a digit 2 and the 3, 4 ...). Not a common problem, but something the builders should have in mind, maybe.

Turn signal relays similar?

Service light similar? If so, as easy to delete?

Did they mention a price?

I've also looked at this unit as it pops up on Facebook regularly but will look to keep the mk1 speedo set up and get something thats 85mm diameter. I never thought I'd prefer a digital dash but its so much quicker to look at a big number than it is to see what a needle is pointing at (been spoilt by the Civic's dash I think).
