New Tail on an old Monster..
I put a new tail on Ruths 1994 M600.
Thanks to JMo, Jason Cursley and Gary Thompkins. Thank you three for sending me the parts i needed. It has worked very well. I really didnt like the 'old' Style tea tray and did consider doing a tail chop. But we really weren't convinced that we would like it after the chop. So I fitted a new style tea tray to old style bike. All as i needed to do was to drill two new holes in the frame to line up with the new tray and the rest was easy! Here are some photos taken to night, They are not great but give you an idea of how it looks. Thanks again for all your help and advice. |

Well done J & R - I still think I prefer the "chopped" look TBO, but as they say variety is the spice of life
see you at Mallory

New Tail for old monster
If anyone here has the bits from a tailchop up for grabs I am interested as I have a monster with an old tail and want to give it a new one.
And before anyone say's give it the chop. I don't want a load of crud up my back when I ride in the beautiful british summer weather. Cheers NIck PM me if you have the bits I need!! |
