Beaulieu Bike World 2004

i am waiting for comments and meet with Terry(and committee) on this but i need to get the ball rolling....

I have the application form for a club stand at this show..
so could those interested in showing thier bike and having a great weekend please PM me...
what i need..
1. your name..(and name of pillion if appr)
2. Bike Reg number
3. and do you want camping space..
i also need your commitment to turn up for BOTH days

i need this info for passes

3. Have to stay with the bike all day?

And what times would we arrive and depart?

Space...
1. Yes
2. Dependant on number of 'friends'
3. No...(there will be at least 3 members at the stand at all times)..so you can go see what is going on...

As for camping..
I have 2 tents and will prob stay Friday to Sunday...(for set up and clean up)..
1 tent can accommodate 5-6 bods in comfort (and lots of beer)..
the other will take two persons comfortably...
if you want to bring a tent i need to know the size..(no bigger than 12'X15')

ooppsss...
if not camping you MUST be on the stand by 9:45 on BOTH days...and you cant leave before 5pm

Are you interested in a used bike; ie not a polished up garage queen? Purely to dispell nasty, reliability rumours about Ducatis you understand...

Hi Bob - I'd like to be involved, with Smeegal of course (and Piglet!)

I do have a motocross race scheduled for the Sunday, however, as it is the MOC track day on the following Tuesday, I might give the motocross a miss that weekend (what - and forfeit championship points?!) as I don't want to be too knackered for Mallory...

Can certainly do Saturday though, and could travel down the Friday and help you set up?

NO STAND for UKMOC

due to this event being 2 days before the track day i have had little response so will try again next year...
we will be having a ride there though...what day ?...
