clip on bars questions

evening folks, I have done a search and not come up with much

I'm wanting some clip on bars with 1.5 or 2 inch rise, but not wanting to pay the monies of the woodcraft ones from the US.

have any of you gone with some chinese options and had good experience?

I also was thinking, do the 620/750 supersport top triple and bars fit on the monster forks? (mine's a 620, 2004 monster)

and one final question, the top clamp is an awkward level from the top of the fork, I know it effects the steering, but will it make a huge difference to the ride to either move the triple to the top of the fork to mount the clip ons underneath but higher than they'd otherwise be. or to move the triple down slightly to fit clip ons above the triple... how much clearance would I need to create?
