Ventureshield paint protection
I've fitted Ventureshield protective film to my bikes for over 10 years now and very good stuff it is too - really tough, virtually invisible, doesn't discolour and doesn't peel. Highly recommended.
http://www.ukmonster.co.uk/monster/s...1&postcount=11 Anyway, I needed a small piece of film to cut to shape myself so I popped down to Steve's Chipguard workshop in Waterlooville to see if I could buy a piece. Steve was in the process of treating a Porsche GTS when I arrived but he stopped what he was working on, had a rummage around and produced a small roll of the stuff, which will be more than enough for my purposes. And he wouldn't accept any payment for it either - top bloke. So, if you're looking for paint protection, get in touch with Steve at Chipguard. You don't need to be local as he sends out kits for self-application. 07809 399880 steve@chipguard.co.uk http://www.chipguard.co.uk/motorcycle-protection.html PS Nick (wheatley473) I asked Steve about your 797 but there isn't a kit available yet. If you're interested though email him and perhaps he can let you know if and when one becomes available. |

Unfortunately, they don't list a kit for the 600/750/900, Jerry. However, I had one on my S2R and the tank shapes seemed pretty similar, so maybe that would fit your 750.
Alternatively, you could order a blank sheet and cut your own panels to suit. I don't think uncut film is listed on the website but, if you email Steve with your requirements, I'm sure he can supply an appropriate size. |
