Cam Belt Covers
Would anyone be interested in clear (as in transparent) replacement cam belt covers. I'm looking at manufacturing these, what are your thoughts.
See the state of your belts all the time and watch the whirry things going round |

Sounds a good idea certainly beats watching repeats on telly.

Hi,
SpareShack has these covers (part clear, see bellow). My thought about them is will they get dirty from the inside? More cleaning ! |

not yet still at the costing stage for this, also it's proving hard to find the right material that is heat, petrol and oil proof. But we'll get there

I got it thanks!
As you may have spotted, I'm a sucker for pretty bits. Em wants to know why it is you didn't opt for a buell, the perfect inbetween from harleys and monsters and as she says, a lot more Grrrrrrr! PD & M2

I`d be interested in some clear covers, I want to run mine without, but you only need one tiny stone in a toothed belt to snap it !

I'd have a look at clear covers also, may be able to move a few on.
As for cleaning the inside of the Rizoma ones you can take the perspex window off without removing the whole aluminium casing. |
