Carbon ramair air tubes/air runners.

Probably the wrong forum to post this, as no Monster but I know a lot of you guys run 916/748/996 bikes so here goes.

I have for sale a pair of carbon air runners, in real nice condition, nice and shiny carbon. Road version so have indicator mounts too.

£100 plus post. I can send pics if anyone is interested?

They are gorgeous. I'm tempted to go buy a 916 just so I can buy these

Sell the Blade and get one! They are one bike you need to ride before you die (if you believe the hype apparently) but truly imho they are one of the finest rides you could have on two wheels in the right circumstances and such an experience like only a Ducati can.

I can fully appreciate how they were such a successful missile in the right hands in the likes of Fogarty and Bayliss etc on the track. They are such an easy bike to ride much faster than you think your going and at the same time laugh at your pathetic attempts.

They handle better the faster you ride them. Uncompromising and hardcore for sure, no seat as such, harsh suspension and bars set way too low for any normal human riding. I'd still like to ride an RC30 to see how it compares, not that I could afford one now I could have at the time maybe, and I think the RC30 will be fantastic but a big softy compared to one of those. Its bit like a 4 stroke version of the RGV but way better, much better feedback, better everything, if you've ever rode an RGV? I've modified mine with a proper Corbin seat and raised the bars to a more sensible level so that I can ride it for hours at a time in relative comfort. Get one now before they become expensive classics with stupid values like the bevel 900SS with 10-20k prices

Actually I originally wanted a 916 and only bought the Monster as a temporary bike until my old A restriction came off.

Problem with selling the blade is that 1, I still have no access to it and 2, I really like it! A completely different bike to the 916 obviously but I think every quality you've ascribed to that also applies to the Honda.

Had a 996 before my Tuono and agree with everything above

One of the few bikes you could sit and enjoy just looking at as well as riding.

Don't think I'd still have a licence if I'd have keep it though
