Scrolling screen

Having problems with the screen wanting to scroll back to the top of the screen when I use my iPad? Any thoughts why??

I have the same issue if i use safari, i now just book mark the site on google app and use thst instead.

Get some sturdier brackets or don't ride and use your iPad at the same time!
