Base Gasket

Anybody want to change the base gasket on the horizontal cylinder of my bike? Or do they know somewhere that can do it for a reasonable price. The going rate seems to be about Â£300. Â£5 parts Â£295 labour. Rip off.

Help please, or a nasty man may not let me around Mallory on the Monster track day bonaza fest.
