How to dismantle 620ie clocks??

Anyone know how you take apart the clocks on the ie models? I want to change to grey dials for some black ones (white numbers on black dial) and dont want to just rip em apart and nacker em up!. Also, can you change the colour of the illumination? orange sucks and i want the lighting to be blue, is it a colour bulb, a cover over the bulb or something more fundamental?
