Cadwell Park July 2014
Not sure if anyone is up for this but...
The Morini riders club organise a cracking trackday in July at Cadwell. I went on a couple there years ago when i had my 350 sport, and had a really great time. The day is open to non-morini owners as well but spaces are limited. I really fancy taking the VFR up, especially as it's the full circuit which I haven't ridden yet. Not sure of exact date in July or cost, but guess it'll be around £140 for the day. The booking form usually goes up quite early in the year, and closes in May - with a reserve list in case of cancellations. I'll post up when I have more info available http://www.morini-riders-club.com/theclub/trackday.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xaetVs269Zo

Looks like a good event. I would be up for that depending on the date.

I've still never ridden Cadwell, and it simply must happen soon. ....and on the full circuit of course.
Subject to finances being available at the time, I'd be up for this too. |

I did a few of these with Gary years ago and they're really nice trackdays, especially if you haven't done one before. Always a very interesting selection of Italian exotica to look at along with a fine selection of Morinis. I think the club give preference to members first, but it is popular, so get your entries in as early as you can.

I'm not sure if I'd enjoy the track or the route I would take to ride there from my new home more (Google map Melton Mowbray to Cadwell Park and tell me that doesn't look like a great ride)!!
Will keep an eye on this, if nothing else might come down to spectate providing the bike has arrived by then!

Jammy so and so Jim, now being based in Melton Mowbray. There are some cracking roads round there, even if they've 50'd most of the lovely road to Market Harborough.

Thanks for the update Gary, would be good to get a visit in to Cadwell before I head off to Spa in August...
