Peg,
You could always get a limo to the Harrods Helicopter Centre on the Thames, then hop over to the 02 Dome, catch the Emirates cable car across the river, then another limo to drive you to Fatboys. That's what I'd do.

That's a good point, can't make it Saturday, I have to go on a steam train with my little boy somewhere in Sussex, oh the joy, but for future refrerence, how far is the walk from the cable car to Fatboys when you get off after crossing from the 02. Any ideas?

Scott , if you were to follow the road exactly it would be about 1.2 miles.

from the cable car you would need to get the DLR two stops West from Royal Victoria to East India and walk down to Fatboys... or get the cable car back to Greenwich and get a ferry across to Trinity Buoy Wharf

Unfortunately I think the ferry from the O2 to Trinity Buoy Wharf is now a crew boat or can be requested by TBW residents for a small fee. It isn't a public service.

I'll be there, on my bike. Providing I don't get stranded in Exmouth on Friday thanks to underwater trainlines.
