I like the headlight but the belly bulge looks crap!

I can see they have tried to make that belly come Honda crunch with broken leg shields like preying mantis front legs.
I don't like it .... It's visual noise on what should be clean lines. As for the wheels it's a mobile migraine . Big thumbs down sorry |

Exactly....on both counts. The front bits just contradict the "engine as the frame" DNA of a monster. Worse still, they hide the lovely, curvy headers. .....and in so doing, they probably make the engine run a lot hotter too. I disliked it, without really realising what it started out as. And then I realised that if they'd bought the black one and left it alone (other than to replace the cans), they would've had a gorgeous 1100 evo. And I'd go the other way with the headlamp, and put a round one on. |

Love it! Monsters I find arn't about following the norm. Doing your own thing to a monster and modding it till your happy with it, I'm really into extreme modded bike so me liking this is no real surprise.

I think the number plate is the best bit. I really like how square and number platey it is, even without numbers on it. It's a shame the rest of the bike lets it down though by concentrating on form over function.

Do you think they would look better if they were squarer too: more like the number plate?
It could help unite the concept of angularity by carrying the theme through the bike?
