Ducati Performance Hi Levels Exhausts

Just bought the bike and already changing bits...

I'm not a great fan of high level pipes so I am considering selling / swapping these for some fruity low level ones.

Ducati Performance alloy pipes and cans with carbon heat shields currently on a 97 900, in pretty good condition, a few marks here and there, and a couple of holes in the end nozzles (probably used to have baffles fitted). They have the brackets, which are currently fitted into the ends of the frame following a tail chop, so you may need to tweak them to fit

I've got no pictures at the moment, but can get some when it's not dark. There are probably still some on the 'for sale' thread when the bike was advertised on here.

I'm in the opposite position. Really fancy high level pipes, but have Leo Vince SBK low level pipes. If you're putting yours up for sale I'd be interested in them.

At the end of the day Remus are Termis like it or not. Made by Termi. Just lacks the carbon but not everyone loves carbon. Seems like a swap might suit you guys.

Really? I'd always assumed the DP contracts for Ti and CF pipes had gone to different comanies. Remus are apparently a completely different Austrian company who make a wide range of car and motorcycle exhausts in Al, Ti and CF. I have a set of Ti Remus cans on one of my 1000s although not DP branded.

I was told this when I was looking for exhausts for my s4. I was going to go trawling through the sight but it matters not. They look the same and sound similar. I wasn't keen on the branding but they look and probably are identical. Even if you don't like the finish carbon sleeve is also available.

As you may have read elsewhere, I now have a set of low levels and so these are no longer required. They come with the straps and bolts and spacers, links pipes, springs and carbon heat shields but you will need to make / buy some some brackets to fit them to your bike.

I don't have baffles but they have holes drilled for some and they have a few minor marks, but nothing really noticeable.

Offers around £130 plus postage before they get ebayed.

If you want some more / better photos let me know and I'll sort them out.

Edit, postage will be £20 for 2 day tracked and insured

Did it take 10 months to get them off? I have a set exactly the same which I'm thinking about chopping down. Getting a spare set to play with is a sensible option. Let me know when you eBay them, i'll have a bid.

Bloody heck, that's a good price.
The Remus high levels that I've heard have a lovely bass tone too.
And, I reckon my 750 runs better with the longer pipes.
If I wasn't on a tight budget I'd have 'em myself, as a spare set.

I'm not the quickest at these things as you're probably aware, it took me months to change a nut under the tank !!

I want to sell them and I'm open to offers, no point over pricing them and having them in the garage for the next 2 years...oh, and they do make a lovely deep rumble
