clip ons

Hmmm... clip ons.
Considering going that way but first want to ask a few who can speak from 'hands on experience'..
Advantages?
Disadvantages?
I like the look so no questions there. My main question is, are they comfortable on long distance rides 50 miles+?

comfortable enough for me to do 250 miles in a day with a heavy ruck sack.

and i have (very) rear set pegs too.

Wot make of clip ons did you fit ?
Was there any probs with tank clearance etc ??
