Comfort seat

After my weekend spent in Wales, I regretted I didn't have one.
Found it. The only thing is, it came off M900ie.
Would it fit S2R?

If it's the one currently on Ebay, it looks like it would fit but ask them for the part number stamped on the underside to be sure. The part number you need is 969577AAA. Shown here:

No jokes but what about those? I used them on long trips on m750 and later on plank of wood seat that is fitted as standard to 749.

I prefer that over comfort seat as in fast riding I find it not as supportive.
Also another benefit is you can get hose shorts with cool logos, pictures and so on .... just in case you almost got lucky it might help

I was thinking about it before, the only thing is, this option seem to be just a little bit too hot and sweaty for me.

I have often worn cycling shorts under my leathers when doing long journeys, especially when touring France and Spain. The padding in the shorts greatly increases the comfort. If you get half decent shorts then they are designed to wick the moisture away from your body keeping you cooler and dryer. Worn under leathers in hot weather they stop the leathers from sticking to your thighs, so it's actually more comfortable than riding without them.

If you get good ones they also offer extra protection to hips and thies.

I have never seen cycling shorts with hip and thing protection... unless you mean armoured shorts? But they wouldnt have any groin padding as that riding is done out of the saddle.

Ok I used them in the old days where I was to poor to buy a petrol powered bicycle. They might have been from a Motorcycle shop do not remember. I got some still but got them on-line, can not find site.

Nowt wrong with bicycles, i cycle to work to everyday. Padded shorts are a god send with all the potholes in london!
