Just a quick post to show you all the high quality work of Nigel from NRP Exhausts.

Nigel a top bloke, he made the exhausts based a couple of picture for a very reasonable price.

Are they stainless steel - pipes look painted in photo's?

I know the original headers were used, TBH I'm not sure if they stainless. Before getting them made, Neil gave me the option of getting them chromed. I will drop him the question

Hey Panther - Happy New Year! Great looking bike mate. What's the deal with the custom exhausts come MOT time? And what's the ballpark cost if you don't mind me askin' ? I have some low level SILs for my 900 project but quite like yours and also some of these high level megaphones like on the RADICAL Imola...

Gary the down pipes are ' bead blast stainless'

Cutters, Nigel used my original heads and the rest is bespoke. they would cost in the region of £250ish. Nigel could made them with baffles if required.

On a technical note, like any exhausts with out the E-stamped they are technically illegal, it therefor is down to discretion of the Tester. (any normal MOT guy would love the sound of the v-twin) I've got an open air box too and it sounds very fruity and have no problems.

There are other very well rated bespoke exhausts manufactures like http://www.zorstec.net/flash.htm and http://200mhp.co.uk/default.aspx but were quoting me a lot more money

I think the only thing I find off putting is the re-use of stock headers

The OE pipes are crap stainless and tarnish badly, so would prefer better stainless used throughout. Still a really impressive end product for the money though

Good looking Zorst mate, some thing a little different! Better looking than the RoadRacing underbelly kit!

You will have to see what the clearance is when you start getting knee down weather! The RoadRacing kit grinds on kneedown lean!
