Just uploading to Flickr now, 53 good ones in total that I've spent this afternoon 'tweaking' to get the best out of them.

They will be viewable in the small size to anyone, but if you would like to download the full sized copies you will need a Flickr account and I'll happily grant you permissions to download the full sizes...

As an aside I was also thinking of starting a UKMOC Flickr group so others can do likewise (Upload the full sized pictures and allow other members to access the full sized pics)? I can add my Cadwell pics and the Weekender pics to it.

Why not use Picasa or Photobucket so you can just link to them?

Used to have a photobucket account but outgrew it.

Mainly because I shoot in RAW format (35MB per picture) and when saved as JPG it's not often they are smaller then 8MB, mostly around 10 - 15MB per picture, but several other reasons such as security, picture statistics, total storage space, resolution limits, groups, mapping features, iPhone app...

erm, the jpgs above are about 200KB, surely that's adequate for web display or am I missing the point.

Sorry should have explained, I use Flickr as a portfolio, and also run prints off of the images stored there, I've done some paid stuff too...

Anyway, the link to the set is below. Only 25 of the 53 pictures have uploaded, upload should finish in about an hour or two (crap upload speed):

http://www.flickr.com/photos/3507494...7621819111687/

You can 'View as Slideshow' (Although the resolution isn't great) and view the slightly smaller pics as an anonymous user.
