Fork oil in mazzochi forks and showa forks

Was wondering about changing the fork oil in my sets of forks and was wondering what grade of oil to use and air gaps in each type.

What are the personal recommendations for road use.

For the mazzochi:

How does 7.5 sound for the road (a mix of 5w and 10w)

With an air gap of 90mm fork springs removed and forks fully compressed.

Agree with the 7.5 weight on the oil, but 90mm seems a tad to small an air gap, I would go with 120mm to start with depending on what bike it is.
