Sorry mate I played paintball today and now fooked

Struggling to walk up stairs at the moment let alone ride the trike

sounds good.
I went in jan with my son for his birthday,it pissed with rain was freezing cold and the paint hurt like fxxx. but it was a awsome day we all had great fun.

i felt like a kid again rolling in the mud playing war, but i felt 90 the next day
