Can't remember exactly, they were in Euros, on sale in the paddock at the Ducati Club NL race weekend a few years back, similar price to other polyester/glass-fibre replica bodywork. Get Googling, but first buy a 749/999.
Also 'Final Edition' from the other channel had a really smart 748 with replica bodykit/Marlboro paint which got pretty trashed on a Brands trackday in early '07.

Much as I appreciate the work that's gone into it..... no thanks

Can't see the point tuning a monster into a GP replica. If you want a superbike just go and buy one in the first place, but turning a monster into a fully faired bike makes zero sense - DOH!

would rather see a desmosedici engine crowbarred into a monster frame. Now that would be special!

If you look at the hours that the guy must have spent making that bodywork, he'd have been better off at work doing overtime, then he could have bought the real deal.

except for racing them

Makes them much more streamlined, provides protection to some extent to the bike, can help with ram-air - and also provides a bigger area for sponsor logos to go

That said - wouldn't do it for a road going one

Kit Car - nooooooooooooooo!

Personally it's as successful as trying to turn a Ford Cortina into an AC Cobra...

(ie. wrong)

If you're going to do it, do it right - with the correct dimension chassis at least...? A 749/999 version might look a little bit better, but it's still a bit bollocks...
