Sad news

We received news from Helen (Ladybob) that her brother David (AKA Bumble) passed away last week. He'd been very ill with problems relating to his diabeties, and spent a lot of time in hospital this year. I would like to offer my condolences to Helen, Stuart & family at this difficult time.

Bumble was well known within the Kent section of the club, but I know he had friends within the wider UKMOC community... RIP David. For anyone wanting to attend the funeral...

The funeral for David Jackson will be held at Beckenham Cremetoriam at 3.00pm on 19th December, with a service at the Orpington Methodist Church on Sevenoaks Road approx 4.00pm. The family would prefer donations made to the charity 'Diabetes UK' rather than flowers etc..

For further information please contact Helen Simmons on 07881593513

We were taken a back when we heard. Such a nice bloke. Our thoughts are with Helen and Family and will be attending. I have some good memories of Bumble and his BBQ's.

Rest in Peace mate

So sorry to hear the sad news, they made me very welcome and comfortable at their first BBQ shortly after I'd started riding again following my big off. My deepest sympathy to all his family.
Paul.
