Which oil do I need?

Hi, quick question as I am stuck at work and haven't got my owners manual...

What oil do I need for my Monster 620? I need to pick some up on the way home and haven't bought any oil as of yet for my bike.

Help!

Shell Advanced Ultra is the recco'd one to use........get semi-synth for a 620 if poss as fully synth can cause clutch plates to slip on occasions, tho many do use fully synthetic on 620's these days....
We use Morris oils in the race bikes, others use Motul & Rockoil.....
