JPL - unfortunately there was an issue with a link file on the forum database and the result is why you can update your info. Also unfortunately, is that there doesn't appear to be a way to rectify the issue.

The best way others have got around this is by re-registering under a new profile name.

Yup it's the data base - probably caused by me I have no doubt - think you will need to choose a sparkly new name and re register - sorry...
