Are huggers interchangable between models?
Hi
I'm after a hugger and have located one for an M900 '02(?) and want it for my 2001 S4 - will it fit? It looks like it will. Cheers Rich |

I don't think so.
Why'd anyone want some crusty hippy fitted to their bike? |

Well it maydo. They must have same huggers on year editions I would have thought. Got a pic ?. I still have my original s4 hugger which I was going to flog but thought I may be able to cut up and re use in some manner to somehow fit the s4r swingarm with the aid of some bracketry.

If the M900 has an alloy swing arm it will do, but the huggers for alloy and steel swingarms on the later bikes have different mounting positions...

The 01 S4 has two mounting holes at the back of the hugger, other huggers have one mounting point at the back and the side mounts are in a different place. Its best to search by the part number as Ducati amke about eight different designs.
