Pruning inactive members!

Dear All - we have a lot of members who haven't logged in for quite a few months - and to be honest I think that if you don't log on for 6 months then the club probably isn't up your street - this is just to let you know that I will continue to do a bit of a tidy up i.e. losing members who haven't logged on since the end of June - I think that's fair or else I'm just a meany

Let me know your thoughts???

Benson

6 months

Does it make a difference? I understand if the database is getting too big but another way of looking at it might be to ask 'Are members required to log in to still be members'?

IMO 6 months is way to short 12 months at least
This sounds like CK's bloody soap box again

Is there any cost finacial or otherwise of having inactive members on the books?
If there is then I think it is right to dismember them if not then it would be nice to be recognised even after being away for 6 months

I believe that these non logging on types should be dragged out of their comfort zone and shot, then forced to ride a jailingbing zxyz125 custom to hospital, and then have a non conformist termignoni fitted monster run them down, bah damn lightweights the lot of them,. or maybe just do as the pres says

James phoned me today to say he appeared to have been taken off. I'm not sure when he last logged in but he is in his last year at UNI (Chemical Engineering) and is a bit tucked up with exams etc.
