Paintballing in new year

Hi All,

Several of the Kenties have said they would be up for another bash at paintball in 2008. I'm happy to organise something local, and have a couple of sites in mind that I've used before. It'll be same drill as before - just turn up and use site equipment & I'll try for a good deal on paint. As usual it always helps to have good numbers when negotiating discounts, so the more support we get the better for all. Looking at March/April as weather should hopefully be more settled by then, but if anyones got specific dates or sites in mind let me know.

So who's up for another session?

Just a suggestion, but if you guys fancy something different:

http://www.warfighters.eu/

Highly recommended, the website explains it all, if you're interested let me know and I can give your personal details and get you in touch with the owner.

Nice idea - but both sites on website are in the midlands

Want something local to Kent to keep cost down. Also having played paintball for a number of years, would prefer the thrill factor of dodging paint welts rather than lazers. May be the sadist in me - but the challenge of avoiding the pain in 'pain' tball is what keeps me playing

Depends which game you play. The outdoors GRAW game is laser based (SCARH guns, 500 - 750m range), however the Rainbow 6 event is mainly indoors using a variety of RAP paint ball markers. Dynamic room entry, clearance and general CQB based events, with CCTV footage for playback and debriefs.

Right.... I rang the guys at National Paintball Games today, and had a chat with the owner Doug Setters. I've known Doug for years and the site at Sidcup, although I have not played there for ages. Paul Critcher had a great day there with his son Ryan last year, and the prices seem pretty good.

Have a look at the website and let me know what you think

this promotional video...

and how about this for a laugh?

http://www.nationalpaintballgames.co...fire-power.htm

He runs games every weekend - we just need to do is set a date, collect the £15 deposits and go for it. I personally favour doing a Sunday in late March? The Gold price deal of £60 including 1000 paint is good value for money for a rental site IMO.

Anyway let me know what you think?
