What to look for.........
Probably been posted loads, but its late and Im knackered...........
Been thinking of getting a monster as a second bike (by which i mean I will have 2 at the same time). I currently have a 636 zxr, which is my baby, but the girlfirend is soon doing her DAS and will be riding a SV650, so rather than feel the need to blast off on the ninja (it has that effect) im thinking of a more relaxed, monster type bike just to laz around on ((NOt saying they are slow, probably far better than me, but maybe not as "mental" as the ninja makes me feel - if you get what I mean)) ANyhooooo.... seen a few 600's on fleebay, anything in particular I should be on th elook out for, or i should aviod etc etc.......... Go for a low mileage 620 if you can afford it - much better bike than the 600

Like Gary said, go for the 620 or maybe a 750 too.
Try to get one with an MoT and service and check to see if/when the belts were changed. |

thought about a 750, whats the difference (offer than cc) between 600 and 620?
Chappers, whats your mates one in the for sale section? I didnt mean that my attitude would change, I can (i DO!!) ride at senible speed on the ninja, just with the G/F being a bit slower, would be nice to have a bit of a change and not have the need for fairing/racy position etc etc........ I probably have £1500 budget........ does that mean i can only get a minger monster ? ps - seen one on the bay of flees, its blue witha "Pink" ducati on the tank, was this standard? |

There's no such thing as a 'minging monster'
That defo does not sound standard 620 is fuel injected. |
