F1 Perished Heroes
Saw this link on another forum. Pretty harrowing and there is one very touching scene of a driver trying to help his friend from the burning wreckage to no avail. Not for the faint hearted this video. It's quite graphic but it's a must see, not in a morbid fascination sense, but as a reminder of how much the sport has moved on in terms of safety. The same is to some extent true of bike racing too. Still, make of it what you will.

Not seen that before quite moving (in a butch sort of man way)
Everyone remembers Senna but not Ratzenberger from that year! Last time I had that 'Ohh thats bad' moment was last years MotoGp and the 3 way smash. |
