service including belts shims etc

My monster is due a service, probably belts shims etc need doing. What is a fair price for this? Can anyone give advice?

...I've been quoted £380 for a major service and belt change on my S4. Is this good? This is with Proteam in London

but dont just go for the cheapest place, go on recco's from members in your area. Get a quote - but find out what extra's could be added on if needed to be done - such as shims, checking rockers etc.
