How hard is it to maintain the look of polished items? Daily polishing? How does winter riding effect the look (Salt, cr*p, etc)

How much do you think it might be for a set of fork bottoms to be polished ?

as a guide wheel rim polishing is about Â£20 and i would say thats more diffcult, drop them a line.

I bought a polishing kit at the NEC for Â£20 and the results are pretty good abeit bloody hard work. When I've finished, I post some pics of my exhaust

removing the anodising from alloy parts before polishing is a pain, I used oven cleaner / heat gun / wet and dry / etc., the polishers grind it off! Stainless exhausts polish up well

Swinging arm + other parts are on there way, becoming lazy in my old age!

I've spent all morning polishing my helmet, Its still not shiney, But my wrist is sore!!!!!!
