left hand side crankcase

I managed to crack the crankcase on my 900 (dont ask.. it has been a long evening)
It could well be ok, but could also well start leaking once it's put back. The crack is on the screw side, so i am hopefull.
but if anyone has one going cheap, i might as well change it, since it has acid burns anyway.

yes, i found that one,
i was also watching abrand new one which went on the 13th for 31pounds...
gutted.

the one you refer to on the bay, if it is for a 900, shouldnt it have holes for the oil cooler pipes ?

On my 900 the oil pipes are on the right hand side
e.g off side (clutch side)

pedro cleared the matter...
some models (yours) have internal channelling for the oil cooler.. mine are external.
in fact, the haynes bible mentions the oil cooler pipers on the generator case (left)

Post a photo of it please.

If it's rare, then slap it back on and see if it leaks

The pipes I refered to are to feed the barrels not the oil cooler - hang on, I'll go snap a pic
