There's a tool kit for a 748/916/996 on ebay (item no 7995695629) going for £9.99 at the mo, there's an adjusting spanner in that, I suppose it will fit.

Try e-mailing this guy, he sells a long one for the S4R, got one off him on e-bay...top piece of kit makes the job a doddle and keeps your mitts clean!
