Recommendation (but then you probably know this)

Must just say that i have purchased a few bits from Hacketts at Ducati Coventry. Excellent service, the parts guy called Dave was an absolute gem and even though he had to order in a couple of parts, he said he could get it all to me in a few days. Even if he doesnt, it just makes such a difference that you have someone who actually wants to help and will do thier best for you. I am not slagging my local dealer, but i think from now on i will put any bussiness i have through Hacketts because they are well stocked, i can get the parts quicker than my local dealer can supply and because they just appear interested.

Top marks to them. Highly recommended.....but then you all probably go there anyway!
