I have a new S4R and I have notist that when you start it and then switch it off the starter stays on even if you take the key out and throu the dead switch not every time but some times any one got any ideas ? could it be a sticking relay or some think like that ???

As Bod says, it's probably a sticking starter motor relay (solenoid). I expect your bike is under warranty so take it back and get it fixed by your dealer. These relays frequently cause starting problems and have done for years. It's about time Ducati did something about it.
