I am quite certain it has lighter loom due to cumbus (how ever you call it), lighter rims and suspension components. Quite possibly lighter tank. Frankly good comparison as to how much lighter it all became is between Monster 695 and Monster 696. Both use cheaper components and yet we have 7kg saving out of box.
