One of these kits might be helpful to making something of your kit parts Mr Gaza
A couple of shaping mallets wouldn't go amiss either I'd think. ... Mallet, a hammer essentially with a larger head (but smaller than a maul) to spread load rather than concentrate it. Still able to painfully squish a finger or two just not as effectively as a hammer can.

Or be cheap and paint.
Owatrol RA85 Aluminium Paint is rather good colour match for ali and it's flexible to resist cracking on the plastic guard. Then you could put the £100 and a bit you've saved against something very cool

Well until we're forced to go green and use electric ... Ducati need to get a decent electric option out soon, I like the idea of a V4 'self charging' myself
