Venting

After a run on my M900 and switch off, I can hear a regular , brief moaning noise every few seconds from the petrol cap area. I assume this is the petrol tank venting , but is it normal ? Thanks

I hear a brief moaning noise every time I announce I am going out for a ride.....it diminishes with distance though........ I suspect that wasn't helpful

Thank you Vince. Since I have an elefant on my petrol cap I shall think of it as elefant snoring! Cheers
