Oh! Please sir, I know this one, we bought a secondhand car from Eddie Wright in Scvnthorpe.

Hello and welcome Bluestone.. Sometimes the silly censor just draws unwanted attention!

I've always been to scruffy to be a mod

You no longer have to use substitutions to type "Scunthorpe", I found the censorship setting and fixed it

A common complaint with the 796 is the rather basic suspension. Another 796 owner on here, billy192, recently fitted Andreani cartridges to his forks and seemed pleased with the result. I think the cost all in was £750.

For the rear shock, you're spoilt for choice as the same unit is fitted to all 696/796/1100 models except the 1100S, which has Öhlins as standard. So both the DU737 and DU432 Öhlins units I've tried on my Evo will fit your 796.
