Does anyone know if there is a sleeve available to convert an older small spindle (about 35mm) to the new large spindle (about 50mm)?

I might have a 50mm(ish) spindle in the shed off my old paddock stand you could have, I'll have a look and let you know what size it is (and if I can find it)
