I'll probably pop along to one or both of these.
I may or may not actually be riding, though I do rather fancy Donnington.

Does anyone know if there are still places available for this?

Ducati are still saying to contact Focused Events but they don't have the date listed on their website.

Also if there are any left do you know if we get any club discount or anything?

Good luck.............

I've now been to three Ducati UK organised events and all have been a total shambles and a complete waste of a day, not saying I won't go again but I now know to expect DUK to set their standards very low and then struggle to achieve

DUK do seem to aspire to feck ups and overpricing. Best part of the day apart from riding is the banter. Kind of a shame DUK have to get involved really.

One of DUK's aims this year was specifically to make sure these trackdays are in the same price range as a 'regular' day at these circuits, I suspect part of achieving this would be cutting out the 'middleman' ie Focused' etc. I will try and get some more info.

Hmmm not sure £175 is in the same price bracket as a regular track day at Donny but there you go- I thought it would be a good day out, a chance to catch up and give the 'Little Bike' an outing there before I race there again in the Classic Festival in August.

Ducati UK web site still saying it is to be booked through Focused Events so will wait to hear more.

...about £15 over the regular price but you get buffet breakfast & lunch, Checa etc.etc. so not too far adrift. I'll be booking since I haven't been back to Donny since my first ever trackday off in 2005 (inexperienced, 3rd trackday and 1st time in inters) so I have some demons to lay to rest, loved the circuit.

I definitely plan on Silverstone too, since I've only ever done the National, not the full GP circuit unless you count a bunch of virtual laps on GT6 ;-)

Didn't realise track days at Donington were that much (I've only done them at Brands), I guess they have to pay for the improvements somehow.

Still am tempted though if I can get some booking details plus if I can get put in a slow group coz the old bike won't keep up on the straights.

Are folk booked in already???

Okay, long chat with DUK at the Excel show today.

Both Donington & Silverstone trackdays will be £165 each, with buffet food at Donny and £10 food voucher at Silverstone.

Both events will be run by Superbike School (not Focused... the link you found is from 2013 Flip) for DUK, probably with the possibility of bike hire now CSS have a fleet of Ducatis

They plan to offer book 11 pay for 10, so we should make a list for each and block book to ensure 10% discount where possible

I should get more details in the next week, as soon as I have more info it will be posted here.

That sounds more like it do you have any information on groups etc. as the old bike is slow compared with modern bikes but would still like to get out on it if possible.

We had a very slow train journey up to the show from the South coast so didn't make it in time to meet up at the Ducati stand- still had a good day out though!

Hire a Panigale....!!!!
Feck, I'm tempted.
I'm actually quite awestruck by the design of the Panigale, and would absolutely love to ride one.
Though in fact, a test ride around my local twisties would be the cheaper option, and more suited to my budget.
