Bike moving freely in gear :0
Hi All
Took my clutch plates out the other day to clean them, put it back together and now the bike moves freely in gear. Obviously this is something I’ve done as it wasn’t doing that previously, could anyone point me the direction of what i might done please |

That is odd as bleeding the clutch should only facilitate disengagement of the clutch, not engagement.
Maybe the pressure plate was misaligned with the splines (from memory on the M900 at least the pressure plate has a register mark to align with a mark on one of the spring posts) and the misalignment was causing the the clutch to be effectively disengaged and the act of bleeding it caused the pressure plate to drop into its right location. |
