I've used In Moto, admittedly a few years ago.
Why are you asking?

I've used them when I had to go through official Ducati Service as they are the closest one to me. Have to admit, I used to really not like them, but in the last few years their service has significantly improved. What is it that you need doing and if you don't have to go through official Ducati mechanics, there are a lot of really good specialists that know what they are doing, but for various reasons have fallen out with the official Ducati affiliation

Buying I would say no issue, assuming its a new bike you don't have to take it back to them for any service or warrenty, from your location Ducati Coventry I guess would be your local dealer

In Moto worked on my Griso a couple of times. On both occasions the bike was returned with oilly finger prints on the tank and panels.
When I complained, the service desks attitude was we are to busy to clean the bike, even though the prints were from there technician!
